If you accept cookies, we load Google Analytics 4 on your device. GA4 collects anonymised data including your approximate location (country/city level), browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. We have enabled IP anonymisation, meaning your full IP address is never stored.
Google processes this data on our behalf. You can read Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy and opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all sites at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not run advertising networks or retargeting campaigns. We do not use tracking pixels from social media platforms. We do not build profiles on individual visitors.
Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Your cookie consent preference is stored in your browser's localStorage until you clear it or change your browser settings.
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (PIPEDA in Canada, GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California) including the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you.
Because we collect very limited personal data and only after consent, most requests can be handled simply by declining cookies or clearing your browser's localStorage. For anything else, contact us at hello@crestwardlabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
